What Causes Missed Periods While On Noriday Pill?

was on microginon pill for years blood preasure got high so switched me to noriday pill took everyday then decided in january to stop alltogether since have had no period symptoms of headaches ringing in ears feeling tired dizzy fuzzy vision generaly feeling worse every week and im sure its down to not having a period for so long im at my wits end please help
