What Causes Missed Periods While Sexually Inactive?

I have not had a period in 7 months!!! normally I do have irregular periods but ill only miss them no longer than 3 months. but I ve never gone 7 months without a period. I do not workout as much as I used to. and I have not been sexually active since lord knows. I don t even have a boyfriend!! however I ve noticed an increase in me getting yeast infections from the smallest things like changing soaps or even wearing underwear and every now an then a foul smell. I ve also noticed that its much harder to stick my finger inside as if there was a blockage but when I look down there everything looks normal. I feel un easy about not having a period this long. what s wrong with me doc??
