What Causes Missed Periods, White Substances In Urine With HPT Negative?

Hi Dr!
My last period was on 17 Aug 2010, my urine and blood results saying Neg. My tummy had little expand n i have sore and large breast. i took 8 HPT they came out neg too, saw white substances like tissue in the urine. Please reply me
