What Causes Missed Periods With Hcg Level Being 5?

I haven t had a period since January 28th I ve taken numerous home test and one said positive I was cramping so I went to the er and took my blood my hcg level came back as a five but still I haven t started and my breasts are leaking a yellow liquid please can you help me
