What Causes Missed Periods With History Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

6months ago i sufferd from an eptopic pregnancy, this month i am 3 weeks late on my period, have done 3 pregnancy tests and they have all come out Negative, i am really scared and don t have enough time to go to the doctor and don t want to go to the hospital and waste their time. Could you help?
