What Causes Missed Periods With Nausea And Back Pain?

a couple of years ago I had thyroid, and very irregular period. I lost weight, thyroid was gone and my period became regular. Now since 2 month I miss my periods, and since 3 days have nausea, back pain. I throw out everything I eat. And I did two home pregnancy test both showed negative. So I am not pregnant. plz help
