What Causes Missed Periods With Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I am having pain in my lower right abdomen and I have not had a period for six months. Negative pregnancy test and nothing found on ultrasound. The pain seems to go into my right groin as well as my my right back as if someone was sticking something in my stomach and it was coming out my back. Please help....
