What Causes Missed Periods With Traces Of Blood Discharge?

have nt seen my menstrual cycle in 5months now saw a doctor last month did a scan and they said nothing was wrong. as from two days ago after i pee and clean myself wit a toilet paper i notice that there is blood on the toilet paper but not in my urine. pls wat is wrong
