What Causes Missed Periods?

my menstruation is almost two months delay
i don't have sexual intercourse for about 6 months..i had my last period in first week of december.i'm worried for now.i'm fatigue.i didn't took a pregnancy test coz i wasn't have a sex with somebody else.please help me.
