What Causes Missing Periods And Spotting?

hi,
i had sex for the 1st time about a month in a half ago but i didnt bleed.
I havnt gotten my period since.
i took 3 pregnancy test because I was really scared however they were all negative.
i had alittle blood staining and now some brown staining on my panties. what does this mean?
