What Causes Mole Like Bumps In Vulva Region?

hi i am 19 years old and recently i saw something like a mole growing near my backside it sometimes itches now yesterday i felt to little bumps by the side of my vulva and i checked it in the mirror its two little things like moles..should i be worried?what could be wrong
