What Causes Moles On Face And Black Color On Penis Head?

I have many moles in my face/body, however, I also have this black colored section [about 3/4in by 1/4in] in the middle of my penis' head. it seems a little large for a mole, but also does not protrude from the skin like larger moles. The shape & size has me double guessing if its a mole...or something else. What could it be?
