What Causes Moles On The Armpit While Suffering From Lump On The Breast?

I'm awaiting results of a mammogram for a lump in my right breast. Today I realized that I have two new moles in my right armpit--new since Tuesday (today's Friday). Since there are lymph glands and breast tissue there, should I be worried? Or are these just some new additions to the zillion moles I already have?
