What Causes Mood Swings Along With Inter Menstrual Bleeding And Hot Flashes?

I m 45 an have been having loss of thought a lot more. Also moody to where if I wake up and don t want to go to work I just won t . Didn t use to be this way. I will have a pierod 2 to 3 days and two weeks later bleed again plus its not red its more brown looking and it will have a clot that last 2 days then some times its lime some one slauted my insides.Help what s going on with me I m not having hot flashes or trouble peeing or lossing my hair. Never reallyhad a strong sex drive so can t tell a change there. Shoot it to me stright. .....?? What s happing to me?
