What Causes Mood Swings And Cold Hands Post Surgical Abortion?

I had my gallbladder out 8 weeks ago then I had a surgical abortion 4 weeks ago and when the doctor performed the d&c precedure he put the nuvaring in. Since then I have been very cranky and I seem to have a lot of aggression towards my husband. We also have a 8 month old baby boy so I m very stressed out lately , I ve also been having some problems with sleeping at night and have had 2 boils on my side since the abortion and I m always cold and my hands and feet are always freezing.im not sure if I m developing problems because of one of the surgerys or side effects of the nuvaring ? Or something else?
