What Causes Mood Swings And Sickness While Having Ovarian Cyst?

I've been taking the contraceptive pill on and off for the past 15 years. taking a break only to have conceive my two daughters. I've been on Yasmin for the past 8 years but in the last year or so have been experiencing mood swings and often rage plus feeling very emotional and sick at times. Due to pain from my second C Section two years ago I recently pushed for an MRI scan which confirmed lots of scar tissue and a 5cm dermoid cyct on my ovary. I do not wish to have any more children and I am 34 years old. Could my symptons be due to my pill or my cyst. I been considering changing to Qlaira, Nuva ring or the mirena coil in the hope of no future pregnancies and less side effects. Any advise would be great.
