What Causes Morning Sickness And Blood In Urine?

My mom is feeling some type of morning sickness, but she is NOT pregnant. She's actually on menopause. She is also bleeding when she urinates. She went to a local urgent care last night, but they didn't know what was wrong with her. They ended up giving her a shot and she's going back for xrays today. Any idea what this might be?
