What Causes Morning Sickness, Light Periods And Headaches But Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I had sex 3 months ago, I had my periods on time after the intercourse, I took 3 home pregnancy tests which were negative, a B HCG test which was negative too and a sonar where the gynecologist said that I wasn't pregnant.. However I have morning sickness, my periods were lighter than usual, regular headaches and I feel pulse in my tummy.. Can I by any chance be pregnant?
