What Causes Motion Sickness After A Roller Coaster Rides?

After i go on roller coasters, or rides in general, boats, jump on trampolines and even roller skate, that night and sometimes nights after, I feel as if Im still on the ride or boat. It has even gotten so bad where I have thrown up from motion sickness. What is this and are there ways to help?
