What Causes Motion Sickness Along With Twitching Of Upper Lip?

I ve been experiencing a motion sickness sensation for the past few weeks now and often times it s occurring while I m not in motion of a vehicle... I ve also been experiencing a twitching of my upper lip, particulary on my left side.. I have no idea what s going on
