What Causes Motion Sickness, Dizziness, Eyes And Sinus Swelling?

Hello, I went to Alton Towers 3 days ago and suffered from motion sickness. Iam still feeling bad with a fuzzy sick feeling and I feel as if I am swollen around my eyes and sinuses although I dont look different. I feel disconnected with reality at times. I feel a little better when I burp but a minute or so later I feel rough again. I lead a stressful lifestyle with 3 children, one of whom is disabled and dont get much sleep at the best of times.
