What Causes Mouth Swelling With A Discolored Spot And Throat Discomfort?

Hi I am having trouble with my tongue/mouth? when I wake up in the morning it feels swollen and restricted and now I have a white lumpish spot along the side of it and the surface is a horrible whitish colour. Also my throat is uncomfortable and have experienced some lump like throbbing in it
