What Causes Movement In Stomach And Delayed Period While UPT Is Negative?

i went to have an ultrasound and the doctor never called back for the results and i'm experiencing movements on the right side of my stomach and the last time i had my period was on feb 13 and may i add that i always have irregular periods took a preg test but came negative age:24
