What Causes Movement In Stomach With History Of Total Hysterectomy?

Something has been moving around in my stomach, the left side, it feels like it rolls over, I'm not pregnant had a complete hysterectomy over 25 years ago. This sensation is daily, notice it while or after eating each time. What on earth can it be? Feels like it's the size of a baby's foot moving around.
