What Causes Movements And Swelling In Stomach?

I have a lot of movement in my stomach but I am not pregnant. My stomach looks as if I am 6 months pregnant. I have my periods every month althought the last three months I was late on the first one, then early the following month and now this month I bleed for about a day and spotted while I peed for about 3 days. What could this be?
