What Causes Moving Bony Bump On Forehead?

I had a bony bump the size of a grape on my forehead above my brow shaved 2 days ago. The Dr said I would b fine and can return to wk the following day, however, day 2 my forehead looked as if I had I softball under my skin, day 3 the swelling traveled down and today has been in between my eyes.. I even look cross eyed...there is also some pressure. Is this normal
