What Causes Mucous Blood Discharge After Following Coffee Enema?

Hi! I just self administered two clear water enemas, followed by a coffee enema. After the coffee, I noticed some mucusy blood on the toilet paper. Should I be concerned? BTW, I was unable to contain the first two enemas for more than a minute or two.
