What Causes Mucus And Blood Discharge Along With Delayed Menstruation?

I stopped taking my birth control pills about three months ago and I haven't had a period for the last two moths but I have had either bloody mucus or tissue its globs of blood/white discharge and its only when I go to the bathroom and its not every time my periods not due for another week but it did the same thing last month and I never had a period what could that be?
