What Causes Mucus Discharge With Foul Odour And Red Rashes In Groin Area?

Hi, I am having a red rash in my groin area. It does not pain or itch when I am sitting. Also a sticky discharge is coming out and it does not having a bad odor. Due to this when I am walking I am having a discomfort. If I was that area with hot water it feels better. If is sit with my legs stretched apart I feel better. If there is a friction while walking- it hurts little bit. I am very concerned and any suggestion on how to treat this will really help. Thanks a lot in advance.
