What Causes Mucus In Stools?

Hi, my 6 yeasr old started having diaherra two week ago, it s about one week that he poops solid poop one to two times per day and has clear odorless mucousy poops 10 times a day. He has no fever,no blood, and no vomiting. He eats just a little bit less then usual. What could that be?
