Mucosal thickening noted in paranasal sinuses, polypoidal in right maxillary sinus-S/o Sinusitis. What does it mean. Actually i am suffering with bad smell in mouth for long time and dry mouth how to detect the problem can you advice and any testvis there to find salivary glands function. Pl advice. Thank you
