What Causes Mucus With Blood During Bowel Movement?

I have mucus with blood when I had a bowel movement, stone hard lumps , one under my left ear just below jawline on my neck, and under my chin towards my neck, how ever they are not pain ful and I have no pain at all when I have a bowel movement. I do have to push to urinate, and I have low energy . It is a concern for me and I am wondering if It is serious enough that I should see a doctor right away ? Thank you, Becky Davis
