What Causes Mucus With Small Amounts Of Blood After Taking Juice Fast?

Hello, I ve been blending fruits and vegetables for the last week and a half, and doing coffee enemas for two days now, as in just two times total, however i ve done four salt water enemas within these last two days as well, and today I started a juice fast. I ve encountered some mucus with small amounts of blood, not very much about three strings of it so far. Should I be concerned?
