What Causes Muffled Hearing Along With Pain In Ears While Burping?

Hello I've been having trouble with my ears for the last week. I don't hear as well and I have pain every time I hiccup, burp, even tilting my head sideways. I have also had pain on my head, specifically my forehead every time I lean down and get back up.
