What Causes Multiple Involuntary Muscle Spasms All Over The Body?

I have multiple flickering involuntar muscle spasm all over my body my doc advice me to take magnesium coz my blood work result low mag but almost two months already taking it but there s no response wha I will do I need to see neurologist what can you suggest.?
