What Causes Multiple Periods In A Month After Stopping Depo Shot?

Hello i have been off the depo shot for 8months now and i have been experiancing two periods a month. then this week my boobs have been a little sore(nothing to painful) and my body has been aching. i had my period at the 1st of the month and my regular on is in 5 days. what could it be?
