What Causes Multiple Periods In A Month And Lower Abdominal Pain?

ok.... really needing some advice, i am a 18 year old female with a 20 month old daughter... i had a abortion in august 09 and had normall periods since then.. on a contraseptive pill for 6 months now.. everything was going good till now but.... december 2010. i have had my period 4 TIMES...!! in 4 weeks, feeling cold tierd reallly sore lower adonminal pain and bowl movents are arratic... can u tell me if i need to see a doc asap? xx
