What Causes Multiple Periods In A Month?

i always have my menstrual period as normal . it always flows for 5 to 7 days. recently i got my period on the 1st Feb till 6th Feb. but now i m having my period again since last Sunday(13th Feb) and its flowing as normal. i am scared because its only 6 days after my period and its flowing again. why it is?
