What Causes Muscle Aches With Throat Soreness And Dysphagia?

Hi there, I'm a 24 year old female, yesterday I began to get muscle ache that eventually spread from my right arm, down my side and across my back and legs. Now my muscles feel a little like i'm recovering from doing a big workout without streching (i havent been working out at all.) I had little appetite (today or yesterday) I then began to feel very tired and done out with a muscle ache around my neck as well. My throat became sore and when I felt the lower part of the right hand/centre part of my neck it feels like there is a golfball under there! It hasn't changed in size and only gives me a little discomfort when I swallow. I can see the lump from the outside as well as being able to feel it. Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks
