What Causes Muscle And Joint Ache,tingling In My Skin After A Delivery?

I feel really ill. i had a baby two weeks ago yesterday. my eyes hurt when i move them, my head hurts, my muscles & joints hurt. i feel really cold yet im sweating & my skin feels tingley when its touch. whats wrong with me? & what can i do? please help.
