What Causes Muscle Cramping In Forearms, Calves And Ankles?

I am experiences the muscle in my body cramping, like mutliple charlie horses. Thes muscles are in my forearm, calves, ankles, shoulder. What could be causing this. Also my blood vessel in the out part of my right eye ruptured for no apparent reason
