What Causes Muscle Cramps Along With Dizziness?

I m going to a doctor tomorrow, but researching my symptoms online. I think it s thyroid problems. I ve been on meds for several years, but recently I ve gotten shaky and slightly dizzy. I ve also recently finished a 10 day course of flagyl for bacteria. That caused Thrush and I did a 10 day course of Nystatin. Now I m having muscle cramps in my calves and still shaky and dizzy. Any thoughts on this? I also did a blood draw for potassium, etc. showed everything normal.
