What Causes Muscle Fatigue And Painful Legs?

Hi, i have been.having severe muscle fatigue and pain in my llegs, arms and a unexplaine cough. It has gotten worse now and no one seems to be able to diagnose me. When i vet up in the morning i am exhausted wilking from my bedroom to the kitchen. The fatigue is so bad it makes me feel nauseous
