What Causes Muscle Pain/aches And Irritable Bowel With History Of Abdominal Hysterectomy?

hi I am a44 yr old hard working(full time bakery manager) mom of 2 teens and I have been experiencing muscle pains and aches particularly in lower back and hips, irritable bowel and the feeling that my head can't keep up with all that I must do. I exercise ( running walking yoga) and try to eat right. I need to lose about 20 lbs. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy with removal of right ovary in Sept 2010. could i still be suffering the after affects of major surgery? Or perhaps this is something hormone related? I feel good sometimes for a week and then I feel lousy for 2 weeks etc. I have looked into food allergies but nothing shows up. I am at my wits end. If I work hard at gardening on my day off the next day I am so tired I can't get interested to do anything. My muscles ache and feel heavy
