What Causes Muscle Pain After Taking Fosamax?

Hello and thank you for respond ,the question : I took Fosamax for one time and I had many of side effect severely ,fewer , flu , muscle and bone pain Feeling unwell ,headache ,pain in jaw and teeth, ... Why it was happend and what can I do ? I m 62 years old , I do sport 2,3 times a week , my bone density is on medium risk area , I m on good Condition of health and body .
