Been feeling under the weather. Muscle aches and extreme fatigue along with severe hot flashes at night. I am an50year old white female. My blood work is all good except for an elevated Epstein Barr at 700. Range is 1-7. Doc says elevation is from prior mono which I don't recall having... Could I have mono? Any suggestions on treatment?
