What Causes Muscle Pain And Headache During Periods?

This is the 3rd day i have had very sore muscle aches (mostly my upper body-back and arms). I feel like I have been in an acident. My eye sockets also hurt very much when I look side to side or up and down. I have a slight headache, no stuffyness and no other symptoms.
