What Causes Muscle Pain And Twitching When On Nucynta?

Started taking Nucynta 50 mgs, 5 days ago. I feel like I have the flu. Muscles are hurting and I am twitching sometimes. I take Remeron for depression. Are these 2 drugs interacting or what? Feel dizzy, also I feel like I am speeding, but am so tired Directions for use 1 Tablet every 6 hrs.
