What Causes Muscle Pain In Shoulder, Headache And Stomach Cramping?

I am 44, diabetic, and this afternoon my left shoulder is hurting like a muscle pain. My stomach has also become more bothersome in the last 3.5 hrs. I felt a little stomach upset at first, now beginning to have some cramping. Have used the bathroom, normal BM. Also, have had a mild headache.
