What Causes Muscle Soreness, Poor Urine Flow, Urination Frequency After Catheter Insertion?

I recently had surgery and I had to have a catheter put in my penis to urinate for a day and a half. Once it got taken out I found that the muscles were sore and the flow of my urine wasn't as good or strong as it was before the catheter was put in. About a week or two later everything was going fine there was no pain in the area or muscle soreness and then this past Friday I ejaculated which I haven't done in 3 weeks. After I ejaculated I am having some of the same feelings that I had after the catheter was taken out but not as bad. It doesn't burn when I urinate but I am going to the bathroom a lot more frequently than I normally do and sometimes I get the urge I have to go a lot and it is only a few drips of urine.
